Congratulations to the team at Black Hide Steakhouse on winning a Hat at the Brisbane Times Good Food Guide Awards 2016.
The Chef Hat Awards held this month at Lightspace awarded 29 Chef Hat’s to the top restaurants in Brisbane, which included Black Hide Steakhouse by Gambaro.
This award is an accolade to the commitment in excellence proven and upheld by Black Hide’s kitchen crew – Lukas McEwan, Kelly Murray, and the team over the past year. The professionalism and dedication of Restaurant Manager Vincent Martzloff and his service team in providing diners with consistently excellent service have ensured Black Hide Steakhouse have maintained their Chef Hat for the second year running.

Within this time Black Hide Steakhouse by Gambaro has been awarded with National Steak Restaurant – Restaurant and Catering Savour Awards 2014, QLD Steak Restaurant – Restaurant and Catering Savour Awards 2014, Restaurant of the Year Brisbane/Darling Downs – Restaurant and Catering Savour Awards 2014, Chef Hat – Good Food Guide 2014/2015.
